Lifestyle and IL-6

Lifestyle factors play a crucial role in reducing IL-6 levels and mitigating chronic inflammation. Regular physical activity, particularly moderate-intensity exercise, has ben shown to lower IL-6 by improving immune function and reducing adipose tissue inflammation.

A diet rich in anti-inflammatory foods, such as fruits, vegtables, whole grains, and omega-3 fatty acids, can also help regulate IL-6 levels.

Factors that Reduce IL-6

Regular exercise, anti-inflammatory diet, quality sleep, stress management, hydration, gut health, healthy weight, sunlight exposure, and avoiding toxins lower IL-6.
